Hello everyone,

As you and I are well aware of the coronavirus, I wanted to give you our action plan as a church to provide some rest for those that have great concerns. I want you to know that I desire to provide a safe environment for all our attendees. So I will be following the instructions provided at www.cdc.gov for proper action plans to allow us to have the latest updates for information on the matter. I understand that this virus with national attention has caused much debate and opinions. Please know that I cannot appease everyone’s personal preferences on virus safety. Therefore, if your opinion of FBChurch’s virus safety plan goes beyond expectations, or is less than your approval, then I would advise you to do what is best for you and your family to be as safe as possible. Remember, God is in control of ALL things including viruses. I am happy to help in anyway I can, so please feel free to ask for anything and I will do my best to be available for your assistance.

With that, FBChurch Virus Plan of Action will go as follows: (I acknowledge that some of these steps should go without saying, but… “safe than sorry”!)

 Frequently wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. 

      2. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow.

3. Clean frequently touched objects and surfaces.

      4.  Stay home when sick.

Providing COVID-19 prevention supplies at your organization (e.g., soap, hand sanitizer ✔ that contains at least 60% alcohol, tissues ✔ , trash baskets ✔ , and a couple of disposable facemasks ✔ , just in case someone becomes sick during an event).

Communicate with your community members if events and services are changed, postponed, or cancelled.)

 * This will be done via email, texting, and phone calls.

Emphasize everyday preventive actions through intensified communications with employees and visitors to your organization.

 Stay home when sick.

* Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow.

 Wash hands often. 

Limit close contact with others as much as possible.

During an event, if someone becomes sick separate them into an isolated room and ask them to leave as soon as possible.

These steps will be (for now) what we will be asking of all church attendee.

Thank you, and praying for you!
